Where do you ship?

We ship across Canada and can also ship to select US locations. A physical address is required; we can’t deliver to PO boxes.

How long will delivery take?

Carrier-estimated transit times appear at checkout. These are estimates only and don’t include processing. In-stock items usually ship within three business days.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Yes. If the item is in SHDP’s local inventory, pickup is usually ready within 24 hours. If it’s coming from a distribution center, expect 2 to 4 business days for transfer. You’ll receive a pickup notification once ready.

How are freight (LTL) deliveries handled?

Large or heavy items ship by freight at the carrier’s discretion. Residential deliveries typically include a call to schedule an appointment. Commercial addresses with a dock or forklift are preferred when possible. Liftgate or inside delivery isn’t guaranteed.

Do you charge extra for rural or remote deliveries?

Live carrier rates at checkout usually account for rural surcharges. If a product’s weight or dimensions are off or the address is unusually remote, we’ll contact you before shipping to confirm any revised freight costs.

Do you ship to northern regions and territories?

Yes. If live rates don’t calculate properly, we’ll reach out with options. Many northern customers use freight forwarders like Buffalo Air for final delivery.

Can I get an update on my order status?

You’ll receive email updates when your order ships or if any delay occurs. If your order is still within the expected timeframes shown at checkout, there’s no need to check in. If it’s past those timelines or you haven’t received tracking info, contact us and we’ll investigate.
