Are prices shown before or after tax?

All prices on the site are before tax. GST, HST, or PST is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

What if I’m tax exempt?

Reach out to us prior to ordering with your exemption. If approved, we will tie this to your account. We cannot credit tax after an order has been placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major payment methods shown at checkout, including credit cards and online options. Cash is available in-store only. E-transfer or wire can be arranged for large orders but isn’t preferred due to slower processing.

Can I order now and pay in-store on pickup?

This is not something we can facilitate with online orders. We may offer this to local customers in-store at our discretion.

What happens if an item becomes unavailable after I order?

If an item is unavailable during processing, we’ll refund it. Backorders and special orders can be arranged manually with your consent once we confirm the lead time.
